Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field - 10 years of engineering experience with planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience - 7 years of engineering team management experience - Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment - Demonstrable experience hiring and developing top talent, managing managers, and partnering with product management teams Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Linux software - Understanding of critical performance areas of the operating system, and the influence of the kernel - Experience designing and implementing a software development life cycle - Experience understanding and mapping business needs to engineering requirements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
