About this Position
The SeniorMarketing Head – Global is a a key member in defining and steering the globalmarketing innovation strategy for laundry unitdose. This individual will leadcross-regional marketing teams, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned withcorporate goals and localized to meet the needs of diverse markets with keyfocus in terms of regions primarily in Europe yet with a global footprintscale. The role demands a thought leader who can drive global productinnovation, in accordance to the different BED’s across equities, and ensurethat the company’s marketing strategies keep pace with consumer expectations,market trends, and sustainability goals
What you´ll do
* Global Product & Technology Innovation: Lead, together with R&D, the development of global product roadmaps
* Actively co-lead the development of long-term breakthrough innovation developments
* Drive the evolution of packaging, formulas and technologies across multiple product lines globally
* Collaborate with regional teams to establish benchmarks for product quality and category leadership
* Oversee global cross-brand innovation initiatives, including product launches, new ingredient strategies, and global sustainability efforts.
* Lead and collaborate with cross functions such as R&D, supply chain and regional marketing team to ensure seamless execution of global marketing strategies.
* Partner with senior leadership across departments to identify synergies and drive global initiatives, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
* Serve as the voice of the consumer, leveraging global insights and market research to influence corporate strategy and product development.
* Spearhead global sustainability initiatives, ensuring that product innovations are compliant with regional regulations and exceed sustainability goals.
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8+ years in marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership in global FMCG or household care industries.
* Experience in managing global teams and executing marketing strategies across multiple regions is essential
* Extensive experience leading cross-functional and regional teams with strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex, large-scale global projects
* Deep understanding of global consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory environments.
* Fluent language skills in English
