Business Unit Manager (w/m/d) Oncology
Your responsibilities:
1. Effectively managing and executing all marketing and sales related brand activities according to the Global and Area vision
2. Holding accountability for allocated Brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning
3. Taking accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes
4. Representing the interests and needs of the affiliate business at internal meetings
5. Building a high performing organization including talent management
6. Managing and building cross-functional cooperation within the company, strong collaboration with Global and Area
7. Maintaining close relationships with KOLs
How to make a difference:
Besides a successfully completed degree in any discipline and in-depth experience in the German specialty care market, you are able to demonstrate:
1. Indication Experience: The candidate must have experience working on more than one indication to demonstrate versatility and depth in their professional background.
2. Financial Acumen: The candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly the ability to manage a P&L.
3. Team Building and Change Management: The candidate should have a proven track record in successfully building up teams or guiding them through change management processes.
4. Previous experience: should include brand management and infield experience.
5. Strong strategic mindset: preferably prior experience in a strategic position or gained strategic experience through strategic projects.
6. Ability to communicate and influence: on Area and Global Level and within matrix structures.
