Then we will look forward to meeting you Your responsibilities Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans and strategies, considering scope, budget, and timelines to meet organizational objectives, with a focus on achieving project KPIs, from RTB status until delivery Work Package Definition: Lead the definition of work packages and breakdown of project tasks into manageable components, ensuring alignment with project KPIs, including time, budget, quality, and health and safety Digitalization Implementation: Drive the adoption and integration of digital tools and technologies to streamline project management processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve collaboration among project teams while maintaining a focus on project KPIs Working Methodologies Enablement: Promote and facilitate different working methodologies, including waterfall management, Hybrid Agile project management, and lean methodologies, through digital platforms, ensuring alignment with project KPIs Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the wind project management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture conducive to digital transformation and achievement of project KPIs Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and compliance throughout project lifecycles, with a focus on meeting project KPIs Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness while adhering to project KPIs Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with wind energy projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays, ensuring alignment with project KPIs Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to uphold the highest level of quality and reliability in project deliverables, with a focus on meeting quality-related project KPIs Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets closely, track expenses, and implement measures to control costs and maximize profitability, while adhering to budget-related project KPIs Progress Reporting: Regularly report project progress, milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, leveraging digital reporting and visualization tools for enhanced transparency and insights related to project KPIs Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, leveraging digital platforms for capturing lessons learned, best practices, and performance data analytics to enhance project KPI achievement Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, prioritizing the well-being of personnel and environmental sustainability, while meeting health and safety-related project KPIs Your profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, IPMA, etc.) is preferred Proven 8 years of experience in wind project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale wind energy projects from RTB status until delivery while meeting project KPIs Familiarity with different working methodologies, including waterfall management, Hybrid Agile project management, and lean methodologies, and experience in enabling these methodologies through digital platforms while ensuring alignment with project KPIs Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels Sound understanding of wind energy technologies, wind industry trends, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and digitalization implementation while maintaining a focus on project KPIs Fluent in both English and German languages.
