Position Summary
The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for assisting growth in Gross Contribution in a group of top Life Science accounts across our European Business. This position sells all Oxford Staffing and Consulting service lines to all levels of management within each client. This position is also responsible for creating organizational charts, actionable call lists and so on.
The Director, Strategic Accounts must work well with Oxford Account Managers, Recruiters, Directors and Executives, and have a natural ability to collaborate with corporate department heads in order to ensure we are being a great partner to the Clients and Consultants working at these accounts.
The Role…
1. Grow our Gross Contribution in the group of accounts monthly, quarterly and annually
2. Develop organizational charts and actionable call lists for each client assigned
3. Develop sales strategies and visit cadence with each client to position Oxford’s Staffing & Consulting solutions and capabilities
4. Put together visit summaries to share with the team to develop and ensure we execute on follow up items
5. Develop and maintain long term business relationships with both end clients and our consultant network
6. Address issues and opportunities with each client and escalate as needed
7. Work collaboratively with all Oxford front office and back-office teams
8. Direct and support account managers assigned to your portfolio of accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2. Prior senior level staffing experience or consulting services experience preferred
3. Prior experience growing accounts outside of an MSP
4. Prior Life Science / BioPharma / Medical Device experience
5. Prior strategic Account Management & Business Development experience
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Creative, outgoing, energetic person with proven track record of exceeding goals
8. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
9. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Knowledge of MS office products
11. Ability to travel (50%)
12. Local European Language(s)
