Job Description We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Retail Media AdOps lead, to join our Regional Partnerships & Retail Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading our Center of Excellence hub, overseeing biddable retail media campaigns management and ensuring the best possible performance effectiveness for our partners. You will act as an operational AdTech tool owner, supporting improvement roadmap and always on the lookout for overall process efficiencies from the set-up to the end-reporting. What’s on the menu: - Major responsibilities Drive Data-Centric Strategy: Build and drive a data-led approach to tailor category insights to campaign set-ups and develop cohesive post-mortem reports across diverse partners Strategic Execution: Gather learnings & develop benchmarks to effectively adjust strategies for target achievement Performance Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of asset inventory utilization, advertiser retention, and spend trends to uncover growth opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with local markets to align scope, revenue goals and strategies across diverse geographies Governance: Lead the governance of biddable media performance and management processes, ensuring alignment with both internal and external partners and accountability through regular touchpoints Tool Improvement: Collaborate with the Central Product team to refine tools that enhance performance visibility and optimization Team management: Establish team goals, career pipelines, organize trainings, ensure tasks execution and proper resources allocation to let your team thrive Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in an advertisement agency, AdTech, brand or retailer on eCommerce related and/or PPC role (AmazonAds, Criteo, CitrusAd etc), ideally within FMCG field Understanding of groceries/category management is a plus Proven experience in AdTech and Retail Media/eCommerce, with a focus on campaign management and optimization (certifications are a plus) Expertise in paid advertising performance, including inventory management, advertiser retention, and ROI optimization Strong understanding of AdTech platforms, programmatic advertising and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage projects from strategy development through to successful execution Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising and media industry Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail About Delivery Hero : As the world’s leading local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience, fast, easy, and to your door.
