We’re looking for a Partner Representative, Key Sport Partners in the AGS area (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) based in Mainhausen (Frankfurt Rhine Main region) and working on one of our strategic key accounts Intersport, AGS.
This role requires first-class communication skills in English and German, strategic thinking, and a high level of understanding of customer management.
The candidate should have a general interest in the international sports market and a willingness to travel.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be responsible for the sales operations of the organization. Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor customer, competitor, and industry activity. You will be responsible for research, business development, and sales administration and will develop and execute strategies with strategic accounts, including semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets.
You will drive business through accounts by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based on product/category and marketplace expertise, resulting in consistent target attainment.

In the Nike Matrix, you will work in a young and dynamic team and will be in direct contact with counterparts in the European headquarters. You will report to the Manager Key Sport Partners, AGS.
WHAT YOU BRING
1. Initial experience in the field of sales management, marketing, or customer management
2. Experience in the sports industry is a plus
3. Negotiation and presentation experience is a plus
4. Good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
5. Willingness to travel, learn, and grow
6. Positive mindset and good presentation skills
7. Ability to accept challenges and use fact-based knowledge to solve problems
8. A passion for sports and being a real team player
