We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join the Central AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Delivery Hero is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key component of our central AdTech Display Advertising platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of advertising at Delivery Hero and drive innovation and growth in our global markets. Collaborating with a skilled team of engineers, designers, and marketers, you will build and scale our advertising platform, significantly impacting our business.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop and execute on the strategy and roadmap for Delivery Hero's central Display Advertising service, encompassing both demand and supply sides. This includes identifying opportunities to improve ad performance, expanding inventory, and optimizing yield.
2. Partner with advertisers and globally spread stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive results. This involves gathering feedback, conducting market research, and building strong relationships.
3. Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, analytics, design, etc.) to define, measure, and achieve ambitious qualitative and quantitative goals. This includes setting clear KPIs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
4. Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to a wide range of audiences, including internal partners, leadership teams, and global stakeholders. This involves creating compelling presentations, delivering impactful updates, and proactively managing communication channels.
Qualifications
5. You gained at least 4+ years of product experience working with an engineering team in ad tech
6. You have strong problem-solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, create visualizations to summarize data
7. You have sound business judgment as well as ability to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively
8. You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated at executing to achieve your business goals
9. You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.
10. You possess the ability to piece together multiple data sources into actionable insights, focusing on strategic view
11. You have a technical understanding of how to build products that scale
12. You are a master of work prioritization by approving and disapproving various tasks, and help make prioritization tradeoffs more smooth
13. You have strong written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
