Manage resource planning, work preparation, and documentation for service and maintenance tasks, while supporting short- and medium-term maintenance planning and optimisation of work packages. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations, and verify the plausibility of external service provider documentation. Initiate, control, and monitor the resolution of disruptions and defects using internal and external service providers, and assist in error and root cause analysis. Support the continuous development and implementation of integrated campaign and resource planning, particularly for NPI-owned wind farms. Moderate internal and external meetings, assigning activities and responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration. Actively contribute to the development of ERP/CMMS systems and provide coverage during team member absences. Profile & Experience A completed vocational training, ideally in electrical engineering. Preferably, experience in wind energy, with a focus on the offshore sector. Strong IT skills with extensive knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with maintenance and repair systems, particularly IBM Maximo, is an advantage. Basic proficiency in spoken and written English. A proactive, methodical, and structured approach to work. Demonstrates resilience when solving operational problems. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Acts with responsibility and accountability.
