In this role, you will: Hosting and reception of customers and visitors Handling deliveries, ordering supplies, and managing mail Coordination of facility management tasks and office organization Coordination of service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers Organizing travel for employees and applicants Assisting HR department with onboarding new employees Planning and organizing events What you will need to succeed: Education in hospitality or commercial field with a strong orientation towards service Previous professional experience in similar environment needed Highly conscientious, reliable, results-oriented, and proactive Exceptional organizational skills Solution-focused with excellent communication abilities Fluent in both German and English Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment
