And we need you to make it happen About the role As a Business Analyst in the Rentals division, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making within the micromobility business line. Your responsibilities will include analysing data, developing business models, and providing insights to support growth and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Analytics and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and optimise performance. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights to various stakeholders. Main tasks and responsibilities: Data analysis and insights: analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for market growth and cost optimization. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for regional and cross-functional teams. Business modeling: assist in developing financial and operational models to forecast performance and evaluate business scenarios. Support the creation and improvement of frameworks for budgeting and forecasting. Market research: conduct market intelligence and research to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and macroeconomic factors. Reporting and visualisation: assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across markets. About you: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 2 years in an analytical role involving data analysis and business modeling. Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation skills (both written and verbal), and fluency in English; strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
