We are looking for a talented Quality Technician - Level 2 to join our team specializing in Quality for our Fuel cell - Quality in Herten, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Inspection and Quality Control: Compare physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Conduct simple tests on electrical functions, reliability, and packaging quality.
2. Documentation: Record results and prepare simple technical reports. Maintain and support documentation and records.
3. Testing: Provide product and component testing using a range of measurement equipment. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of measurement and test equipment.
4. Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding and interpreting product specifications and application of measurement data. Participate in measurement uncertainty studies for measurements associated with measurement or calibration results.
5. Quality Assurance: Utilize quality tools and methods (, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Capability studies, Process Audit, inspection, test) to ensure the quality of products, processes, and services.
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, building partnerships and maintaining positive relationships.
7. Conflict Management: Handle conflict situations effectively with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
8. High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
9. Licensing: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
10. Required: Some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
11. Quality Inspection: Experience in quality inspection with knowledge of inspection plans and tools.
12. Desirable: Strong teamwork, communication skills, and problem-solving methods. Experience in the industrial or automotive sectors is advantageous.
