YOUR MISSION:
1. Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process for clothing, accessories, and collectibles, from concept to final deliveryManage all products, including receiving samples, conducting fittings, providing feedback, and updating tech packs to reflect revisionsMap out production timelines for all projects and organize respective key milestone meetings with key stakeholders
2. Supplier Coordination:
3. Maintain regular communication with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met
4. Source new fabrics and identify new manufacturers to optimize production quality and cost. Conduct research on techniques and materials to reduce costs
5. Monitor supplier performance, manage delivery timelines, and negotiate pricing
6. Quality Control & Product Feedback:
7. Oversee quality assurance processes, including on-site inspections and resolving production issues. Ensure lab dips and sample approvals happen promptly with clear communication to manufacturers
8. Logistics & Planning:
9. Set deadlines and align schedules with internal teams, including the studio and activation teams for sample coordination
10. Collaborate with the B2B shipment coordinator to ensure timely material and product deliveries
11. Issue purchase orders to factories, working with the operations team to meet bulk delivery windows
12. Cost Management & Buying:
13. Monitor production costs, collaborating with the merchandising team to review pricing strategies and negotiating costs with factories
14. Maintain product data sheets, including materials, specifications, and pricing
15. Collaboration Support: Work with internal teams, including Design, Merchandising, and Marketing, to align production with creative and strategic goals
16. Reporting & Communication: Maintain detailed production reports and communicate updates on progress and challenges to stakeholdersEnsure consistent communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple platforms
YOUR SKILLS:
17. 3-5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably within fashion or apparel manufacturing
18. Hands-on experience in technical design and production oversight with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
19. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, from design to final product
20. Strong negotiation skills
21. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
22. Proficiency in production management software and tools
23. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and German
24. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
