We are seeking a Director, Sales - Central Europe (M/W/D) to join our team. This is a Hybrid Opportunity based out of our Langenfeld, Germany office.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the fastest growth area for Imprivata internationally. Imprivata has seen exponential growth in the central region of Europe, driven specifically by the digital transformation in Germany's healthcare ecosystems. The Sales Director, Central Europe, will be managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Team, working closely with the International VP. This is a hands-on role leading from the front to directly drive sales performance as well as provide guidance and direction to the sales team.
The position is a hybrid role working from Imprivata’s office in Langenfeld, Germany.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide leadership to a geographically diverse team of 4-6 territory Sales managers.
* Manage sales performance to achieve targets for the defined region of responsibility including assignments and quotas.
* Conduct group meetings to ensure that company/department strategy/goals/decisions are clearly understood and communicated.
* Manage personnel performance and productivity.
* Work closely with the pre-sales team to achieve optimal success during the sales process.
* Enlist and retain top talent; motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
* Drive continuous process and performance improvement within the sales team.
* Align activity and best practice with company goals and structure/processes.
* Embrace change and the ability to adapt to face and conquer challenges.
* Develop trust within the team and with customers and partners by consistently honoring commitments and acting appropriately.
* Set clear expectations and realistic goals to achieve objectives.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 10+ years selling security technology solutions.
* Demonstrated history of exceeding booking targets.
* Comfortable calling at the senior executive level.
* Highly effective presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Dynamic, high-energy, and a self-starter.
* Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
