Assembled a team of over 220 talents… and this is just the beginning Your Mission As Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and administrative aspects of the company for the German Entity in collaboration with our HQ in Paris. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, monitoring, and control, as well as in the management of human and administrative resources. ♀️ Your Responsibilities In liaison with HQ and working closely with the German Managing Director, you will be responsible for: Accounting: Liaising with an external accounting company to ensure compliance with accounting/tax standards and HQ guidelines, incl. prepare financial statements. Financial management: Preparing of budgets, financial forecasts and cost controlling on corporate and project level. Support of MD with M&A processes, business plans and financial models. Administrative management: Managing local contracts, corporate fleet and office. Regulatory compliance: Monitoring relevant legislative and regulatory developments. Other corporate function: Being the local support for corporate functions such as ESG, HR, communications. Desired Profile Hard skills You have a degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. You own an in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax standards. You can prove success in setting up financial processes and organisations. You have ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with precision and deadlines and to work in a matrix organisation with dual reporting (HQ and local). You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools, ideally you gained some experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus. You have a good understanding of the electric vehicle recharging market and ideally already gained some experience in the industry. Soft skills You are passionate and convinced by electric mobility. You are a pro-activity person and a fluid, clear and transparent communicator. You have a strong capacity for organisation, analysis and synthesis in a complex, fast-growing environment. You know how to propose solutions independently. You have team spirit and the willingness to help others. Fluent in German and good in English.
