THE ROLE & THE TEAM As a Senior Process Manager (all genders) in the Key Partner Operations Excellence team, you will be implementing, optimising and driving change for and with internal colleagues and our biggest suppliers on processes for the joint wholesale business. Supplier’s Customer Service, Project Management and Operations Excellence teams will be your key counterparts to collaborate with. Challenge the status-quo: analyse, identify, and evaluate potential process improvements and execute them in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers. Your responsibility covers the entire procure to pay process. Leverage operational KPIs, perform root cause analysis, propose corrective action plans. Using a structured project management approach, lead transformational projects, leveraging your relationship building and process engineering skills. Your role will be key to laying the foundation for future growth of Zalando. You have direct impact on the heart of our commercial wholesale business: Fashion Proposition WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Experienced in a marketplace environment, consultancy or business development background with a passion for the e-commerce industry, 6 years of professional experience. Self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems bringing them to a successful result. Drive cross-functional growth plans independently - from structuring and defining a roadmap, through identifying growth opportunities to translating these into actions. You enjoy working autonomously. You have developed a strong command of how to implement process improvements and manage projects. Change management is your favourite discipline. You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with a big group of diverse (internal and external) stakeholders, presenting to them and balancing out their needs. You have extensive experience working with Google products and MS office. Leadership experience is a plus. Your English is business fluent.
