In this operational role, you will play a crucial part in our online success within the European market. You will work behind the scenes, managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts on major European marketplaces, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and maximizing our brand's visibility. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Oversee the timely and efficient processing of orders from multiple marketplaces. This includes collaborating closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery to customers across Europe. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across all marketplaces and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory flow and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Customer Reviews: Manage customer reviews, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive brand image and high ratings. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, inventory levels, customer feedback, and advertising spend. Analyze data using platform tools and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Technical Aspects: Manage product listings' technical details, including uploading and maintaining accurate information, ensuring compliance with each marketplace's unique guidelines. Product Categorization: Categorize products accurately and strategically to maximize visibility and searchability on marketplace platforms. Marketplace Management: Maintain and optimize our presence on all major European marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Otto, Bol.com, etc.), ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility and conversion. Listing Optimization: Strategically manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, and imagery to improve search ranking and attract customers. Marketing & Advertising: Assist in implementing and managing marketplace advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales. This may include managing keywords, bids, and budgets. Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce team, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful marketplace strategy. Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay informed about changes in marketplace policies, trends, and best practices. Your Profile: Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar eCommerce or marketplace-focused role, preferably within a European context. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of major European marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Otto Partner Program, etc.), inventory management systems, and order fulfillment processes. Experience with feed management tools and/or eCommerce platforms is a plus. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and draw actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product information, listings, and order processing. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are advantageous) for clear communication with internal teams and customers.
