YOUR ROLE We’re seeking a top-tier Head of Marketing to establish remberg as the obvious choice for industrial companies to manage their assets and help scale our demand pipeline internationally to grow our SaaS business far beyond the DACH region. This key management role reports directly to the CEO, oversees a growing marketing team comprising of currently two members, and collaborates closely with our revenue and product organization. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Demand generation: Analyze and refine the marketing funnel to uncover opportunities to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns from social to paid and beyond (including email, LinkedIn, Google, review platforms, etc.) to increase remberg’s international visibility and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth. Brand Development: Actively establish remberg’s Intelligent Asset Platform as a thought leader in the industrial AI space, making it the obvious software choice for industrial companies to manage their assets (including events, webinars, PR, etc.). Team Building and Development: Lead the current marketing team and own the headcount plan, recruitment, and personal and professional development, thus, building high-performing teams across performance marketing, website, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, affiliates, and other areas. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with design, sales and product to scale digital marketing efforts by 10x, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of marketing initiatives (including PLG, ABM, Referrals etc.). Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to continuously optimize marketing strategies by evaluating the marketing funnel and campaign performances, thus, maximizing the return on investment. Budget Management: Manage and optimize strategically a 7-figure marketing budget to drive efficient and scalable revenue growth by collaborating with Data and Finance teams to improve attribution models, forecast growth, and effectively communicate ROI to senior leadership. YOUR PROFILE 7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of demand generation and brand building in a growing and customer-centric company across various international markets. You like a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position that you can work independently, data-driven, highly reliable and structured. Problem solver who is data-driven by nature and skilled at extracting insights and turning them into actionable strategies through the MarTech landscape. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to quickly turn marketing strategies into action and achieve visible results, whilst not shying back from getting involved in day-to-day operations. Positive hustler with a "never give up" and entrepreneurial mindset that passionately explores innovative growth tactics and strategies.
