Our client is an international and fast growing hospitality company.
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction/Maintenance Manager to join their team and actively contribute to their expansion in Switzerland and on international ground, as well as to their development and innovation project.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the technical related aspects for existing buildings and new openings;
* Strong partnership with the construction and development team;
* Active contribution to the delivery of new buildings;
* Active involvement in the acquisition process of new properties;
* Setting up maintenance contracts for each building before handover and setting up the contact list for each building, to be used in case of technical problems;
* Forecast (budget) of expenses and investments and optimization of expenses;
* Be the first contact in case of need for on-site technicians. Be the leader of the maintenance team of each building, creating a pleasant and motivational work environment;
* Periodic inspection of all operational buildings and apartments (monthly basis), elaboration of protocols and organization of interventions where necessary;
* Monitoring and improving the efficiency of all technical systems and managing maintenance and third party contracts;
* Responsible for ordering new furniture/appliances if damaged and arranging installation with on-site technician or outside firm.
Your Profile:
* Excellent technical knowledge, in terms of installations and building construction;
* Experience in the technical field or construction;
* Open and proactive attitude;
* Responsibility and reliability;
* Manager and leader attitude
* Excellent stress management skills;
* Good IT knowledge;
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
* Fluent German, good level of English and another language as a plus.
