As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller (f/m/d) to join our finance team in Amstelveen. Job Summary: As Assistant Financial Controller (f/m/d) you will play a crucial role in our finance department. As well as supporting the Head of Accounting in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will assisting various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. With your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, you will ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records. Additionally, you will work closely with international and foreign administrations, adding an important dimension to your role. Responsibilities: Processing and verifying purchase and sales invoices Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable records Assisting with monthly closings and CBS filings Preparing financial reports, annual financial statements and audit processes Performing bank transactions, reconciling bank accounts and managing financial documentation Handling tax-related administration, including VAT returns Managing and processing financial transactions and reports related to international and foreign administrations Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks within the finance department Your profile Minimum of a completed MBO education in a financial field 1-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role Proficient in accounting software and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel Experience in an international context or with foreign administrations is an advantage Strong command of both Dutch and English - written and spoken Team player, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently Eager to learn and quickly take on new responsibilities Benefits Competitive salary Employee discounts on hotel stays and services Travel allowance starting from 5km A dynamic, fast-paced work environment A fun, inspiring workplace where we put people first and colleagues can be completely themselves Finance with a global twist ????
