Job Description
The School of Business and Economics at Philipps-Universität Marburg is seeking a Professorship in Sustainable Development and Economic Policy. The successful candidate will contribute to the School's focus on sustainability through research and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct theory-guided quantitative and qualitative empirical research in sustainable development, focusing on climate change risks and policies.
* Teach courses on sustainability, economic policy, and statistics/econometrics in the School's Bachelor and Master programs.
* Collaborate with the Research Groups Sustainable Use of Natural Resources and Sustainability Management.
Requirements
* Ph.D. in economics with a strong record of academic accomplishment.
* Proven track record in securing external funding.
* Commitment to effective teaching.
* Experience in interdisciplinary teaching programs is highly desirable.
