As an Executive Chef (m/f/d), you are a very important part of our creative team and have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu.
Your varied tasks include, among others:
* Being primarily responsible for leading, motivating, inspiring, and guiding kitchen staff and culinary apprentices.
* Placing orders.
* Bringing creative ideas to the design of our menus.
* Ensuring and monitoring the correct compliance with HACCP guidelines.
* Providing versatile support to the team, from the breakfast area to casual fine dining à la carte, as well as menus and buffets for conferences.
* Working closely with the hotel manager and other departments.
Your Profil:
* Completed training as a chef
* Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d)
* At least 1-2 years of leadership skills and team spirit
* Training licence is an advantage
* Good knowledge of German and English
* Passion for good food and creativity
