We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany. The ideal candidate will be a proven 'rainmaker' – a hands-on sales leader with a track record of securing strategic, high-value deals through a bold and proactive sales approach.
This individual will play a critical role in accelerating our growth across the region by:
1. Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to establish and elevate our brand presence.
2. Opening doors at the C-level and driving significant new business in the areas of Digital Transformation, particularly across Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.
3. Leading from the front to create and convert a pipeline of major opportunities, aligning offerings with client needs and securing long-term partnerships.
This is a high-impact role that requires building the regional sales function from the ground up. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling a high-performing team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Generating new business across key target markets by identifying prospects, crafting compelling joint solutions, and developing robust business cases.
2. Cultivating strong executive-level relationships and converting them into successful commercial outcomes.
3. Driving collaboration across departments and geographies, aligning internal stakeholders behind a common vision and shared commercial goals.
