Your mission As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support our wonderful development team of all disciplines professionals in delivering high-quality SaaS products using agile principles. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the team remains focused, self-organized, and continuously improving. You'll be working directly with the Product Owner and to ensure that priorities are aligned and that the team is able to deliver value consistently and efficiently. Your Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies : Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are effective, focused, and outcome-driven. Team Coaching and Support : Coach and mentor the team on Scrum practices and principles. Help them become more self-organized and accountable for their work. Remove Impediments : Proactively identify and remove any obstacles that might hinder the team’s progress, ensuring they can maintain a steady pace throughout each sprint. Work with Product Owner : Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning. Clarify requirements and assist in breaking down user stories into manageable tasks. Promote Continuous Improvement : Encourage the team to reflect regularly on their processes and outcomes, and work with them to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement process adjustments based on feedback and retrospectives. Ensure Agile Practices : Advocate for and help implement agile methodologies, ensuring that the team follows Scrum practices and adapts to changing priorities with flexibility. Track Metrics and Progress : Monitor team performance, track key Scrum metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint goals, burndown charts), and provide feedback to stakeholders about progress, potential risks, and achievements. Foster Team Collaboration : Promote a collaborative environment where communication and teamwork are prioritized. Support the development of positive team dynamics and encourage knowledge sharing. OKR facilitation, coaching, track progress, foster collaboration In-office Presence : As this role requires in-office presence, you will play an active part in the team’s day-to-day interactions, helping to strengthen team cohesion and maintain a positive office culture. Your profile 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master ideal in a SaaS or software development environment, ideally with teams of 10-20. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred. Strong understanding of agile principles and Scrum practices. Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate with team members and the Product Owner. Creative problem-solving and issue resolution to maintain team progress. Collaborative, relationship-building mindset for fostering a positive team environment. Proficiency in Scrum tools (e.g., Asana) and agile metrics/reporting. Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to adjust priorities and support the team. Why us?
