Our client develops and manufactures machinery, systems and components used to convert natural and man-made fibers and their blends into yarns in the most cost-efficient manner. This role is for candidates that like to take on a challenge within an integration phase. Great reporting and leadership skills are required. The candidate will have a close relationship with the HQ which is based in Switzerland near Zürich.
Main responsibilities:
* Lead integration from a Finance & Controlling point of view
* Lead small team of production controlling (2 FTE), accounting (5 FTE) and local IT (4 FTE)
* Report directly to local MD, dotted line to Group CFO
* During integration phase regular reporting to Group Management (ETG)
* Continue to build-up a solid Finance & Controlling organization for the time after the integration phase
* Responsible for monthly closing and reporting in compliance with IFRS in SAP BOFC (consolidation tool), preparation and reporting of the monthly rolling forecast and fulfilling Business Group specific requirements.
* Prepare monthly performance analysis and serve as a sparring partner to the local MD
* Responsible for budget process (incl. standard cost calculation for Products and Services, etc.)
* Responsible for local closing of legal Unit (HGB and IFRS)
* Manage local audit
* Implementation of SAP based on the local template FI/CO
Education/Qualification/Professional experience/other Requirements
* Bachelor/Master in Economics with a focus in finance and controlling
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production Controlling in a global industrial company
* Solid knowledge of IFRS and related reporting to Group HQ.
* Experienced in preparing financial statements according to HGB
