Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – IT/IP – GDPR – Data Protection - Litigation
* Advise and assist a broad range of clients in areas related to drafting IT processes and agreements, data protection, intellectual property, and technology contracts.
* Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, licensing contracts, and data protection documentation (including ensuring GDPR compliance).
* Support litigation or pre-litigation procedures in relation to IP/IT matters.
* Stay current on technological legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
* Participate in client development initiatives and help reinforce the visibility of the practice.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Lawyer – IT/IP – GDPR – Data Protection - Litigation
* You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/IP law, ideally within a law firm or a specialized in-house legal team.
* You are ideally admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (or another EU bar with eligibility).
* You are fluent in both French and English, and comfortable advising clients in both languages.
* You enjoy working on complex legal issues and want to keep improving your knowledge in a constantly evolving field.
* You are organized, precise, and take ownership of your files while also appreciating teamwork dynamics.

* Up to €130,000 gross/year, depending on your experience and background as well as an annual bonus.
