You will be the contact and sparring partner for questions regarding compensation and job evaluation for our national and international HR business partners, managers, and the works council – in compliance with our policies. You will conduct salary benchmarks and participate in benchmark surveys and equal pay analyses. You will be involved in annual bonus and salary rounds, including budget planning and approval. Your responsibilities will be rounded off by the development and review of salary bands, involving various stakeholders (local HR managers, works council, management) while considering the respective national specifics (e.g., collective agreements). What makes you stand out You have a degree in business administration or economics (or a comparable qualification). You have already gained 1-3 years of practical experience. Your profile is characterized by strong conceptual and analytical skills. You possess excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach. You take on tasks independently and informally guide new colleagues. You have a good understanding of departmental structures and operational contexts. You enjoy process optimization and the development of new processes. Excellent communication skills in both German and English, as well as high social competence, round off your profile.
