THE ROLE & THE TEAM We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Junior Content Ideation & Curation Manager to join our Content Strategy & Curation team, reporting to the Senior Content Ideation and Curation Manager. In this role, you will be integral in supporting the objectives of your manager and contributing to the wider business requirements. Your primary responsibility will be curating the assortment and writing briefs in alignment with the stories developed by the team. As a product expert with a keen eye for trends, you will collaborate closely within the team and with key stakeholders across buying, social media and The Statement. Your role will involve curating content experiences that support the wider team's efforts, delivering on the predetermined strategy and content planning. We are looking for someone who is inherently curious and creative, constantly seeking new ways to design experiences using existing tools and formats. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Curate and align the product assortment with the developed content stories and briefs, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all platforms. Become a product expert, staying informed about the latest trends and how they can be integrated into our content. Collaborate effectively with various teams, including buying, retail markets, marketing, and The Statement, to deliver compelling content experiences. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in designing content experiences, even when working with existing tools and formats. Engage in wider team discussions, offering valuable insights and suggestions for content narratives that will captivate our audiences. Leverage content performance, providing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement and alignment with audience preferences. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Experience in content curation, ideally within a retail or fashion environment, with a strong understanding of current trends. Creativity and a keen sense of innovation in content creation and curation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments. A proactive and curious mindset, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage audiences through content. The ability to understand and align with the broader content strategy and business objectives. Organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
