Your Key Responsibilities
1. Technical support, test and quality assurance and further development of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules
2. Assuming primary responsibility for Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development and deputising for one of the other SF modules Employee Central, Compensation/Variable Pay, eReruiting or Onboarding
3. Interface management and processing to improve quality
4. Management and implementation of local and global projects
5. Cross-module error analysis and troubleshooting for the individual SF modules
6. Management of a tool-supported test and quality assurance system including implementation of functional tests for changes and projects in SF and SAP HCM
7. Support and representation of the release manager for release updates
8. Assist the interface from SAP HCM (Business Integration Builder) to SuccessFactors including support for HR Data Management
9. Consideration of and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements from the perspective of HR systems
10. Advising and supporting our customers in the optimisation and digitalisation of global, end-to-end HR processes as a link between HR and IT as well as external partners if necessary
11. Support in the creation of specialised concepts and completion of these to include the technical aspects and support for HR demand management towards IT
12. Creation of legally compliant technical application descriptions/workbooks
13. Conducting training courses for testers and users
Your Qualifications
14. Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
15. Several years of experience in the technical support of SAP SuccessFactors modules
(e.g. SF-Recruiting, Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development, Compensation/Variable Pay, Onboarding) in combination with SAP HCM
16. Strong knowledge of HR processes
17. Good project management skills (agile as well as waterfall) and presentation skills
18. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and high IT affinity
19. Fluent written and spoken German and English
20. Professional and technical consulting expertise combined with structured, analytical problem-solving skills
21. Intercultural sensitivity and international teamwork skill
