What you’ll do & Who you are We are looking for you to join our team as a Team Assistant to the Leadership Team at mobile.de. You will provide valuable administrative support to our C-level executive team, allowing them to focus on critical business priorities. You will manage complex calendars, organize meetings, handle confidential information, ensure communication across the organization and make travel arrangements and manage corresponding travel & event expenses. On top there will be involvement in multiple projects which will offer you interesting learning and growth opportunities. You will work with an international, dynamic and fun team that is really looking forward to your support. You will be located in Berlin and given the collaboration with our leadership team the work will mostly be onsite. What you will do: Help our leadership team to grow by providing seamless, high-level administrative and organizational assistance. Calendar and travel management: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and associated expenses with a focus on efficiency and detail. Meet and event organization: Plan and execute external and internal meetings, and team and customer events. Project involvement: Contribute to and lead smaller projects. Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Vendor and partner collaboration: Work with external vendors and partners to ensure successful coordination of events, services and other operational needs. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams such as Facilities, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Organizational Development to ensure understanding and seamless execution of initiatives. Who you are: Experience: At least 6 years of experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior role, supporting top-level executives. Ability to think ahead and solve challenges before they arise. Organizational excellence: Experience managing complex schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in office software and curiosity to quickly learn new tools. High level of ownership and energy: ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Collaborative and reliable: A true team player who excels in an international environment at all organizational levels. Discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you.
