For our Location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Customer Service Sales (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
* You will support the sales team in the implementation of new business.
* You will take care of the preparation and follow-up of visits to existing customers and organise these.
* You will be responsible for communicating with our existing customers.
* You create offers.
* You support price/condition negotiations and prepare them (purchasing).
* You expand business with existing customers.
* You take care of raising the company's profile.
* You update customer data and activities (CRM)
* You are the interface between the sales team and the operational units.
* You provide strategic support to the sales management
THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:
* Completed training as a ‘Management Assistant for Forwarding and Logistics’
* Sound professional experience in sales and/or operations
* You are determined and success-oriented You are characterised by a high customer affinity and service orientation
* You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team
* We expect you to be confident with MS Office and have a good command of English
* HANDS ON mentality: you work independently and proactively
