The Implementation Manager for the Journal Editorial Office (JEO) will oversee the effective management, quality assurance, and strategic direction of JEO services. This includes defining and managing service level agreements (SLAs), collaborating with external service providers, and implementing policies related to editorial office activities. The role combines operational oversight, strategic planning, and policy implementation to ensure the highest standards in editorial office services.
Alongside the existing Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition and execution of editorial office initiatives, processes, and projects. This position requires a combination of project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational expertise to support the publishing workflows and strategic goals of the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial staff, production, technology, and external partners, to deliver high-quality results that align with the company's mission and objectives.
