Responsibilities Manage and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) for Enterprise Applications Develop and enhance ITSM processes in accordance with ITIL standards Ensure high service quality and efficiency for IT processes, especially for ERP and Business Applications Lead and coordinate Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Proactively monitor IT services to detect and address potential bottlenecks or system failures early Work closely with internal business units, international IT teams, and external service providers Implement measures for continuous service improvement and process automation Track SLAs and KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights Support the implementation of new ITSM tools and automation strategies Profile A degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field Several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally focused on Enterprise Applications and ERP systems Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology (certification is a plus) Experience in managing IT service providers and working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira) Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a structured and proactive approach Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration. A good knowledge in German is desirable.
