Over a period of 18 months, you will gain insights into the global finance, controlling, accounting and tax functions of Evonik Industries AG and get to know the work processes in an international group by working at different locations. You will be mentored by experienced colleagues in your area of responsibility. You will also develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and off the job in workshops, seminars and your own projects. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and/or sustainable topics. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees.
