» Your tasks:
1. You develop new, innovative and automated solutions to improve process quality and efficiency
2. You are responsible for analysing, defining and designing requirements and business cases for handover to IT
3. You work closely with all product owners for audits, process reviews, training and governance
4. You take over the definition of KPIs with all product owners and monitor their compliance
5. The training & coaching of end users incl. continuous development of sea freight training content and methodology falls within your area of responsibility
6. You are responsible for project management and support for overarching topics in sea freight, as well as for the support of sea freight reporting for performance and financial data
7. You will work with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Sales, HR and others) to define operational and/or overlapping process standard
» Your profile:
8. Solid understanding of the global seafreight forwarding industry with on hand operational experience
9. Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus
10. Ability to professionally explain and train business processes, system use and organizational changes
11. Ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
12. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
13. Flexibility towards traveling and stays abroad
14. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
15. Analytical and investigative thinking, strong self-confidence and problem-solving skills
16. Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees
17. Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience
18. Additional knowledge in other European languages is a plus
