MISION: provide technical expertise during the installation and finishing phase in order to prepare the Winturbine/ Windfarm for commissioning. Additionally, can be involved in resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure not only a smooth handover to the customer but also a smooth operation over the Windturbine’s lifetime. To achieve this, all installation and finishing activities are to be executed in a safe manner considering the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This position must be full time on site.
YOUR TASKS:
1. Support the QM on technical non-conformities and to ensure compliance with ‘Management of Change’ requirements for reporting, developing solutions and implementation
2. Support the SM for Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections
3. Assist the SM, QM and Civil PE on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks
4. Support the SM and QM with collating and checking for completeness, before releasing the Pre-erection documentation, Statutory Inspections and reports
5. Organise and support the Gate 23 process with the SM and QM
6. Collate the necessary information for reporting and managing NCRs and Incidents in UPVISE/Service Now or the prevailing software management tool
7. Maintain close contact with QM for ordering and tracking missing parts and Requisition Notes (RNs)

YOUR PROFILE:
9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
10. Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years)
11. Proficiency with Health and Safety procedures/ methods such as LOTO (lock out tag out), electrical safety, fall protection awareness, basic understanding of hazardous materials (MSDN)
12. Systematic problem-solving and safety orientated behaviour.
13. Strong personal planning & organisation skills.
14. English is a must. Minimum B2.
15. The position has a high travel requirement, domestically and/or internationally
16. Capability to comprehend and adapt to rapidly changing technologies
17. Proficient computer skills utilizing MS Office basic programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
18. Will be a plus familiarity with several technologies such as Mechanical & rotating systems, basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
19. Will be a plus familiarity with general procedures such as construction, installation and finishing, testing of mechanical installations, quality management.
20. Will be a plus familiarity with several tools such as Mechanical measuring tools (e.g. digital calliper), Hydraulic torquing/ tensioning tools (e.g. HyTorc, ITH).
