MAINTENANCE MANAGER WIND - Cottbus, Germany The candidate will ensure the maximization of production for the assigned wind assets, in compliance with medium & long-term maintenance plans and current environmental and safety regulations. Specifically the candidate will deal with the following responsibilities : Define, implement, and optimize maintenance processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with the annual maintenance plan defined in collaboration with Technical Management. Develop operational methods for internal resource management, including technical aspects related to personnel, equipment, and necessary tools. Contribute to the technical, technological, and organizational improvement of plant performance. Ensure that all operational activities & all personal protective equipment meet current regulatory standards in terms of safety and environment. Coordinate logistics, repair, and replacement activities for instrumentation and main components. Define the annual budget for investments and operating costs, monitoring any deviations. Follow the periodic inventory activities and verify the storage condition of main components and spare parts in the warehouse. Organize technical-specialist training courses and identify potential career development paths for the involved personnel. Conduct periodic analyses on the productivity of employed human resources, identifying appropriate improvement measures. Criteria required for the position: Studies: High school diploma in technical studies. Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience as a team leader in technical environments. Languages: Fluent in German, at least B1 in English. IT skills: MS Office (Excel in particular); SAP would be a plus. Know – How & Managerial Skills: Strong and proven leadership skills.
