We are currently looking for a Head of Product B2C (all genders) based in Berlin (preferred), or within the EU with regular travel to Berlin.
Your mission with us: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will support Lingoda’s B2C growth and deliver on our product vision and strategy, offering a seamless in- and out-of-classroom learning experience centered around human-first teaching and connected by technology. As a Head of Product, you will lead a team of passionate Product Managers and collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams.
Your tasks:
1. Lead and Mentor Product Managers: Guide a team of product managers, fostering innovation and autonomy.
2. Coordinate Strategic Planning: Manage quarterly planning (OKRs) aligning with company goals and define metrics to track outcomes.
3. Establish and Uphold Best Practices: Implement industry-leading product development practices to ensure efficiency and quality.
4. Foster Collaboration: Enhance cross-team communication and relationships.
5. Champion Strategic Evangelization: Communicate goals and progress effectively to ensure alignment.
You bring to Lingoda:
* Over 8 years of product management experience in high-growth tech environments, with at least 2 years managing product managers.
* Proven ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative culture.
* Strong analytical skills, proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
* Data-driven decision-making to inform strategy and improve products.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, including communication with C-level executives.
* Passion for user-centered products and delivering exceptional user experiences.
* Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and detailed work.
