Boston Link is a recruitment consulting firm with a proven track record of success in our markets over the last 10 years. As part of our international expansion, we’re now setting up operations in Berlin. This is a pivotal step in our journey – and we’re looking for someone exceptional to help build this from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is not your average recruitment role.
You’ll be our first hire in a new region – working directly with the CEO to build a local presence, win clients, grow a candidate base, and eventually scale a team around you. You’ll have autonomy, responsibility, and direct input into how we operate in the new market. What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as a hands-on 360 recruiter: sourcing, placing, and building strong relationships on both client and candidate sides.
* Opening new client accounts in a highly proactive, business development-driven environment.
* Setting up recruitment systems, local processes, and best practices in alignment with our wider business standards.
* Representing the business in-market, developing a local reputation, and leveraging our brand for strategic impact.
* Helping shape the growth strategy for the region – hiring and mentoring future team members.
* Working closely with the CEO on all aspects of the market launch and execution.
What We’re Looking For
* A billing consultant with 3–5+ years of proven 360 experience – ideally with a track record in building new desks or markets.
* Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives in ambiguity, is commercially astute, and enjoys building something from scratch.
* Strong business development skills – fearless when it comes to outreach and pitching to new clients.
* A builder, not just a doer – someone who wants to create, not just deliver.
* Experience in Finance, Marketing and / or Technology recruitment would be a plus – but not essential.
