We are looking for our Process Equipment Module Owner 1 & 2 M/F/Xfor our Greenfield Project in Germany. You will be responsible for the design, budgeting, construction, and commissioning support for the modules as assigned.
This is a remote role for the first months, where you will be working from home. Afterwards you will work on site with the project team. You will report to the Engineering Lead for the Greenfield project. Join this exciting assignment for two years.
Tasks
Key responsibilities:
* You ensure all McCain standards are understood and followed by module owners, consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
* You utilize outside consultants, ensure that all designs meet applicable codes and standards.
* You ensure lessons learned are incorporated into project design.
* You interface with OEMs, project personnel, and consultants to ensure all process design parameters are met.
* You ensure module owners are properly supported throughout the design phases of the project, including the NOC and RFI processes during construction. This will include setting expectations, reviewing progress, and assigning additional resources as required.
* You ensure with the project lead, the design review coordination and participation.
* You lead McCain representation for the clash detection meetings.
* You interface for the Project Lead.
* In conjunction with the project lead, you prioritize and schedule design efforts to meet both the design deliverables and the overall project timeline.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* You have attention to detail with excellent judgment and ability to work with confidential documents and information.
* You can lead and work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.
* You have strong project and change management skills and are familiar with project management approaches and tools required.
* You have strong communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written form, with all levels of internal stakeholders and the ability to influence others towards a common goal.
* You are an active listener and manage upwards, can negotiate between conflicting stakeholders and anticipate their needs.
* You have strong organizational skills, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks with frequent, tight deadlines.
* Proficient in English (written and spoken).
