Now, we''re dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand! The core mission is to build and maintain HOLY`s retail partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth for our next growth lever. This role will be crucial for our 2025 retail success through cross functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and operations. In this role, you''ll have a front row seat to HOLY''s next growth lever and play a crucial part in our next growth phase. Responsibilities: Manage and expand HOLYs retail presence by acquiring new partners and optimizing existing partnerships. Support cross functional teams to align retail strategies with overall brand and supply chain objectives. Develop innovative activation strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement in retail environments. Deliver customized solutions for retail partners to ensure seamless operations and long term satisfaction. Assist in implementing omni channel activation plans that align with the retail roadmap and drive in store and online integration. ABOUT YOU You are experienced in managing retail relationships, with a proven track record in sales and account management. You are fluent both in English and German and are capable of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are strategic, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable retail strategies.
