As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Omegga, you will play a key role in shaping our future by leading initiatives to explore new markets and forge strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the founders, using your understanding of market dynamics to establish a strong organizational presence and foster key relationships. What You'll Do: Industry Engagement and Representation: Build relationships with potential clients, visit hatcheries, and represent Omegga at industry events. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and identify sales opportunities. Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Management: Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Implement innovative strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive sales activities to achieve and exceed targets. Product Positioning and Feedback Loops: Gather customer and market feedback to refine product offerings and ensure they meet market expectations. Market Analysis and Strategic Partnership Development: Dive deep into market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Forge strategic alliances with industry players to explore synergistic opportunities for future growth. Your profile You have a self-driven personality and passion for the dynamic start-up environment and sustainable tech, and are motivated to make a positive impact. You are a strong communicator and have good written and personal communication skills in German and English. You have gained first experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer/Partner-centric roles: in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Event Management, or related fields. Dynamic environments: first-hand experience in management consulting, venture capital, or comparable fast-paced, high-growth settings. You are a conceptual thinker with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, understandable narratives. An academic foundation like a bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus, but relevant experience and skills are equally important.
