As a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d), you’ll be embedded within one of our consumer funnel pods, working closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to optimise key touchpoints in the user journey. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of product design, from discovery to delivery, ensuring we create intuitive and impactful experiences that drive conversion and retention.
Alongside your pod work, you’ll also contribute to our design system and design operations, helping to maintain consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all consumer-facing products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, balancing deep product thinking with hands-on execution.
Job Description
* Lead design within your pod, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and analysts to enhance key moments in the consumer journey
* Own end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery—shaping initial concepts, crafting prototypes, driving design QA, and ensuring a smooth release experience
* Contribute to Flink’s design system, improving UI patterns, interaction guidelines, and documentation to drive consistency across teams
* Support design operations, helping to streamline workflows, tools, and best practices that enable the team to scale efficiently
* Collaborate with analysts to incorporate data-driven insights into design decisions, ensuring our work is informed by both qualitative and quantitative research
* Advocate for best practices in product design, championing a user-centred, data-informed approach across the organisation
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, with a strong track record in consumer-facing digital products
* A portfolio showcasing impactful product design work, including end-to-end case studies that demonstrate your thinking, execution, and results
* Strong experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
* Deep understanding of design systems and a passion for improving design operations
* Experience in data-informed design, working closely with analysts to refine and validate design decisions
* A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with engineers, PMs, and analysts in a fast-moving environment
* Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Bonus: Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) or designing for engagement and retention
