Julien, CPO, ex BCG Lead Data Scientist (6y of work exp.) Simon, CTO, serial CTO & founder (sold Hubware to Onepilot) (10y of work exp.) As German Lead you will directly work with Evan, Co-founder & CEO, and will have a close collaboration with both Julien, Co-founder & CPO for all implications on product and operations, as well as Felix, part-time business development in Germany. About the role We are looking for a German Business Development Lead to support the penetration of the German market. Your responsibilities as German Business Development Lead : Play an instrumental role in the overall Go-to-Market strategy for Germany Build on the learnings of the successful commercialisation in France and Benelux Identify and build the relevant partnerships to conquer the ecosystem on prioritized asset classes (with lawyers, incubators, and communities of angel investors) Identify and attend key events to connect with our ecosystem (e.g. Bits & Pretzels, TOA, SuperVenture) Initiate new formats in a creative and resourceful manner Lead and close sales discussions – a broad range guarantees a steep learning curve, incl. deals from €100k founder SPVs, over to €10M pre-IPO secondaries or €50M solo GP funds Contribute to increase Roundtable visibility and branding in Germany Have a continuous view on the competitive landscape Structure a team to support the growth in the German market in the near future Set up and follow effective tracking of initiatives Provide crucial input to the founders on strategic discussions Your role will be at the center of Roundtable’s strategy.
