Your areas of responsibilities:
* Perform detailed analysis of crash test results and understand the underlying physical principles
* Derive simplified physical models and confirm them with static or dynamic tests
* Prepare standardized reports on crash test results, ensuring all data is presented clearly and meets company and industry standards
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and quality assurance, to integrate crash test findings into product improvements
* Work closely with senior analysts and developers to ensure tests are carried out accurately and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with relevant child seat standards from concept phase to type approval
* Support on conducting scientific studies on child safety in collaboration with external research institutes
* Stay updated on the latest crash test methodologies and safety standards to continually improve personal and team performance
Your profile of qualifications:
* A university degree in Physics is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
* Strong analytical abilities with a goal-oriented and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
* A keen interest in safety testing, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Good technical understanding
* Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
