Purpose:
Lead the creation and delivery of impactful trainer-led programs that elevate Selling & Service skills across adidas retail stores globally.
This role is pivotal in driving behavioral change and fostering a culture of feedback and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement engaging learning programs for District Managers, Store Managers, and Retail Trainers.
* Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to develop relevant, high-impact content.
* Drive a culture of feedback and coaching, ensuring programs align with retail competencies.
* Act as the global point of contact for trainer-led capability programs, ensuring best practices are shared across markets.
* Continuously measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Key Skills:
* Expertise in adult learning and program design
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
* Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* 3+ years in retail leadership; 5+ years in retail training.
* Experience in global, matrixed environments preferred.
* Proficiency in virtual training tools.
