Tasks & responsibilities - You will be at the forefront of developing high-quality RWE strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will lead the charge for assigned products and therapeutic areas, ensuring our strategies are robust and impactful. - As the architect of epidemiology/RWE studies, you will design, execute, and oversee these critical investigations. Your work will not only generate valuable insights but also drive decision-making processes both within and outside our organization. - Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing and providing high-quality input to RWE/epidemiology studies designed by other functions/regions. You will also critically assess external publications and other documents, ensuring our work stays at the cutting edge of the field. - Building collaborative relationships will be key to your role. You will develop and maintain an external network within and adjacent to the field, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual growth. - You will develop timely, high-quality epidemiology/RWE sections of regulatory documents, including submissions, Risk Management Plans (RMPs), and breakthrough or orphan designations. Requirements - Advanced degree holder (PhD, MD, MBA, MSc) in Epidemiology, HEOR, Medicine or related field, coupled with substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs - Proven knowledge in oncology mandatory - Skilled Epidemiologist, adept at designing, implementing, and overseeing epidemiology/RWE studies, with a firm grasp of epidemiology/RWE methods, data sources, and analytic tools - Proven track record in leading international multidisciplinary projects, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative working style - Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European or Asian languages being a bonus; exhibits effective cross-functional, cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills - Resilient professional, capable of working under pressure, prioritizing across multiple projects, and collaborating effectively in matrix structures - Strong analytical background, with experience in secondary data analysis, protocol development, and strategy implementation to address evidence needs for assigned products Ready to contact us?
