What you’ll do
You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the Industry 4.0 Center Team.
The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:
1. Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
2. Organizing customer tours through the Industry 4.0 Center; correspondence in Team Inbox
3. Proactively supporting the customer journey process
4. Creating and analyzing internal reports, and maintaining the Customer Engagement List
5. Logistics support
6. Execution of own projects
What you bring
7. Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
8. Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics
9. Computer skills: MS Office
10. Language skills: fluent in German & English
11. Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive
12. Others: prior experience with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions beneficial
