The role is responsible for strategic marketing at HERMOS and manages all sales channels. It thus bundles the energy and activities of sales, marketing, product management and other departments involved. It supports the development and expansion of new (digital) business areas and, if necessary, the establishment or integration of new HERMOS companies.
The position reports directly to the Board of Directors and makes a decisive contribution to the company’s success.
Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for HERMOS
* Product marketing in coordination with product managers and sales, e.g. for software products, RFID components, …
* Development of the HERMOS corporate brand as a holistic provider of automation solutions
* Employer branding in collaboration with HR
* Carrying out market analyses, SWOT analyses, …
* Management (coordination) of the sales channels
* Coordinating the activities of sales employees from the individual departments
Corporate Communications
* Public relations and internal communication
* Function as press spokesperson
* Participation in events, lectures, panel discussions, if applicable
Team Management
Disciplinary management of the marketing team.
Your Profile
* Completed studies in the field of business with a focus on marketing / sales
* In-depth technical understanding, ideally through experience in the technology industry (software, TGA or similar)
* Experience in the development of marketing and sales strategies
* Experience in the development and implementation of sales/marketing campaigns
* Confident appearance on the international stage
* Confident negotiator and excellent rhetorical skills
* High level of personal responsibility, strong customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
* High level of creativity (thinking out of the box)
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
