About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring our business attracts, engages, and secures the highest quality talent at the right time and cost. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, taking full ownership of the hiring process while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will require strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management – Oversee all recruitment activities for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth process from attraction, screening, and selection to offer stage and onboarding.
2. Partnering with Hiring Managers – Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building – Proactively build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs by leveraging various sourcing channels, including referrals, job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience – Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by managing communications, interviews, and feedback processes effectively. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance – Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and maintain high-quality data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The Individual
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. You will have recruitment/ TA experience – either within an agency or TA environment.
3. Fluency in English and German (both required).
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience recruiting within a multinational, matrix organization.
2. Ability to source both active and passive candidates through various attraction channels.
